Hug The Dog delivers the ordered products to Sürat Kargo company in full and perfect condition.

 

All orders are shipped within 2 (two) business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped on the first business day.

 

For orders below 150, the shipping fee is charged as 20 TL.

For purchases between 150 TL and 250 TL, the shipping fee is charged as 15 TL.

When your package is delivered to Sürat Cargo, with which we have a contract, you will be informed via sms and e-mail, you can easily track the status of your cargo with your tracking number here.

 

Cash on delivery option is chargeable, 30 TL for purchases up to 500 TL, free for purchases over 500 TL. Persons who will pay cash at the door must select the option to pay at the door at the checkout stage.
